Info and privacy policy

Francerights.info is firmly committed to transparency and to maintaining the privacy and protection of your personal information. This privacy policy sets out how francerights.info uses and protects any information that you give while using the site known as France Rights News and Updates.

Who and what is France Rights?

France Rights is a platform that aims to provide information and promote knowledge of citizens' rights for British people living in France, and to support people in understanding and meeting the conditions for legal residence in France both before and after Brexit. It is a core member of the coalition group British in Europe.

We also aim to represent the interests of the British in France on all matters relevant to citizens' rights through campaigning, advocacy, engagement with political and administrative bodies and with the media, and through raising awareness on the situation of UK citizens who have exercised their free movement rights to live in France.

Who and what is francerights.info?

Francerights.info is the news update blog element of the website francerights.org. Its aim is to publish new information on post-Brexit citizens' rights for British citizens living in France, and to do so more swiftly than can be done by amending the primary website.

Francerights.info is hosted by the blogger.com blog-publishing service owned by Google LLC. As France Rights has no legal or association status francerights.info is a personal blog, registered to, written by and operated by Kalba Meadows with occasional guest authors. The site title was changed from Remain in France News and Updates to France Rights News and Updates in September 2019 but the purpose, account, registration and authorship remained unchanged.
